Changes of the Effectiveness of the Rights to Social Security of People with Disabilities in Areas of Employment Security: Focusing on Legislations from 1981 to 2010

Abstract

This study attempts to examine how the effectiveness of the rights to social security of people with disabilities in areas of employment security has been changed and whether there is difference between four right areas in changes of the effectiveness of the rights to social security of people with disabilities. Standards on the effectiveness of the rights to social
security of people with disabilities is framework of this study, it is applies to related 31 legislations from 1981 to 2010. The results show that level of standards on the effectiveness of the rights to social security of people with disabilities in area of anti-discrimination has significantly improved, but it in all areas of active employment security is extremely low. Such finding will be made use of grounds that different politic strategies in area of anti-discrimination and active employment security are needed.
